The staff were first class . I had a slight issue with my room which was immediately dealt with by Sue without hesitation or question, so rare these days . The food was good and the Manager absolutely charming. He obviously leads by example.

We liked everything. The Inn had been recommended and it was just as we expected. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was superb and the village was like an oasis .
Nice property for a quiet getaway in the countryside. Comfortable rooms, loved the living room lounge with a fireplace where you can get a pre-dinner cocktail. Location was in a quiet village, with a nice walk nearby through fields, woodland and a deer park. The sommelier was great, very knowledgeable; friendly staff.
Staff are incredible. They didn’t miss a beat. The hotel is located in a beautiful village. It’s very easy to drive around Dorset. The food at the restaurant is a must for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bea and the rest of the hotel team made my husband feel very special for his 60th birthday celebration.
Lovely grounds and hotel set in the beautiful village of Evershot. Room was superb with a lovely conservatory and courtyard. Perfect for our stay with our little dog. Dinner from the terrace menu in the whiskey bar (so we could eat with our dog with us) was delicious and good value. Staff friendly and helpful from start to finish (even gave us a package of some of the hotel's unbelievably delicious shortbread for the journey as we asked if there was any more).
This is our second time at the Acorn Inn. We love the unspoilt location, the wonderful food and the extremely helpful staff. The bedroom is cosy and the bed very comfortable.
Great location in lovely village. Historic inn with excellent food and very friendly staff.
