The location for Hampton court palace is perfect. A short walk to the main entrance and actually had views of the maze. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were Very pleasant. Close to a nice Italian too. We were surprised to get one of the parking spaces outside the hotel, but the nearest car park was only a 5min walk.

A lovely little pub. It's very old & looks quite original in parts. We went on a Twickenham match day so quite busy but served quick, plenty of seating inside & out (covered).
The room was clean, with a small sink. Bed was reasonably comfy, duvet was cosy. Breakfast was great value for money (at London prices anyway). A choice of cereals, juice & then a hot and tasty fry up with toast. The lady serving was very attentive, checking if we needed more tea/coffee or toast

We missed our flight connection at Heathrow and quite by luck found The Swan. Omg what a find. It was sooo beautiful in this 17th century inn on the river and literally a 20 min bus ride to Heathrow. Their Fish and Chips in the restaurant is world class and the selection of beers was outstanding. Amazing room overlong the Thames. You cannot beat this place

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
This is the third occasion we have stayed at the Swan Inn, it is very convenient for getting into London. the rooms are clean, there is an excellent breakfast with a Spanish twist. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We will continue to use it in the future.
The Swan Inn is a perfect place to overnight on a short stay in the UK. The rooms are excellently maintained, ultra modern, and real quality.

The breakfast was good - the restaurant had already set a very high standard with dinner the previous night. The room was clean, comfortable, seemed recently decorated and while not huge made very good use of the space available. The staff at the Swan were accommodating and helpful during the booking process and during our visit.
Well situated room on the bus line that we used to get to our dinner location. Very small room, but that was fine for our quick stay. Breakfast was interesting (a slight twist to the full english) and parking was limited but we were able to get a spot due to arriving a bit earlier.
The Swan Inn was a gem of a find - customer service was professional and friendly, the accommodation and restaurant was clean and comfortable and the food and ale were excellent. The manager Huw was great - really helpful as were all his staff - created a nice atmosphere.
Superb breakfast! Most unusual (for me) to have a vegetarian breakfast, but it really was unexpectedly good. Included softly cooked red peppers, mushrooms, an entire avocado (thinly sliced) and lovely (rustic) toast, as well as the usual eggs, etc, cooked any way you want. Traditional breakfast also available, of course.
Room quilt was lovely and warm. WiFi good.
The food at The Swan is always excellent and service at dinner was great.
There was a slight mix up with one of our rooms which the manager kindly sorted out. The room was clean, well-equipped & bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was excellent - spacious, light and great shower.
Location is excellent - within easy reach of Esher & Claygate.
Spent the night here enjoyed our break very clean and modern facilities staff were excellent enjoyed our breakfast before we left. The breakfast was very nice.thanks to everyone at Swan inn strongly recommend people thinking of booking to stay at this facility.
