Marstons has it just right!
The extensive menu fulfilled all our requirements, dinner and breakfast….the freshly baked croissant and pain au chocolat were real bonus.
This was a lovely coaching inn in a quiet location. We were in one of the cottages which was ideal with our dog. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. There was ground coffee, quality teabags and lovely hot chocolate. They also provided fresh milk in a flask. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fan in the room, the fan being particularly useful in the hot weather. The toiletries provided were beautiful. The menu choice for dinner was very good and breakfast was included and delicious.
Excellent staff - service at dinner was excellent, reception staff also excellent. Friendly and great service. Breakfast superb. High quality food. And I love the gorgeous Bramley toiletries ❤️ (also high quality, ethical and a British brand). Bird song in the morning a delight to hear.
