The Percy Arms, hotel in Dorking

Situated 21 km from Box Hill, The Percy Arms offers 4-star accommodation in Guildford and has a terrace, a restaurant and a bar.

Nice greeting. Taken straight to our room. Room is very nicely decorated. When we arrived the room was very cold, we went to the bar for a drink and reported it to the bar staff, when we returned to the room it was warm. While in the bar we saw the food and decided to eat here. We were not disappointed the food was excellent. Breakfast was preordered the evening before and again was very good. The service was excellent. We have booked again to go later in the year.

Lovely staff, very welcoming with great customer service throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. Gorgeous fluffy towels and plentry of hot water for the rainforest shower. The most delicious cooked breakfast with fresh orange juice and coffee. Everyone was very kind and accomodating to our large dog who was made such a fuss of.

The room was really nice, clean and smelled good. There was a smart TV in the room. We had dinner and breakfast in the pub downstairs where there were some toys and games for the littles ones and the possibility to order a smaller fish and chips. Very friendly staff.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting - rolling lawns, mature trees and great views in all directions. And just 20 minutes from home, yet we only just heard of it. Faultless - comfortable bed and room, excellent dinner and breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. We hope to be regulars.

It was one of our best stays! The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the location was absolutely outstanding! When we entered the room, classical music was playing, it was a winner for us. We felt spoiled and like in a fairytale. Highly recommend the Hotel!
