Barely saw the staff, except to book in. Door let light in all night from the landing, the bathroom door would not stay shut, leading to more light from the bathroom window. The pub is next door to a church which tolled the hour right through the night. In short, although the room was clean and the bed comfortable, I got hardly any sleep.

Location.
The staff were very good.
Overlooks the steam railway yard without being intrusive, this was a nice bonus.

We cannot comment on the restaurant as our time table for the weekend precluded it. We enjoyed our breakfast and I have no doubt that we would have also enjojed a dinner had our itinerary permitted.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Location was so close to shops, restaurants, pubs, market etc. Everything was an easy walk. We arrived early and we were able to check in. Room had everything we needed and we even had dinner on the terrace one evening. It felt private as other guests were quiet.
Lovely, clean and quirky centrally located, close to all amenities and the seafront ...
A wonderful little guest house with everything that you will need
Certainly historic and quirky. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast and evening dinner all very delicious and well presented and particularly attentive and lovely staff.
Wonderful location with view of the river from our window. The building is interesting - really part of old Dartmouth. We had a priests hole in our room, which was a first for us !
The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we had two good dinners down in the bar.
Comfy beds. Welcoming reception staff. Good breakfasts - first day by order, second day buffet. Both as good. Two good dinners for a reasonable price. Good clean pool. LOVELY views. 10 minute drive to Dartmouth.
Dinner was OK. The staff seated us with the most beauiful view and we ordered dinner from the restaurant. The staff especially the Spa staff (a blonde lady in particular) were fantastic and couldn't be more accommodating and advising us on next steps after a case of food poisoning.
