Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent food and good atmosphere. Would stay again if I'm in the area, value for money is good

We stayed at the Inn over New Years which meant it was a little more expensive than normal but such a lovely place to stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating a birthday and, on request, they put a card, balloons and wine (paid for) in the room ahead of us arriving. The room was comfy and clean, the shower was lovely, warm and big. There was the option to have a continental style breakfast each morning and fresh coffee from the bar. The food was the best pie we had all week and the bus stop into Edinburgh was barely a 30 second walk away.

A really wonderful visit. Lovely and friendly staff (Thomas and Molly) compensated for our cancelled trip to Europe with great care and attention. A real credit to themselves and the Bridge Inn. Thank-you.
We will be back again soon, probably before the next hurricane.

Warm, friendly, inviting decor. Food was outstanding and staff were very helpful. Dog friendly too, which was great.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Great location near the Edinburgh bypass. Room was very clean and well appointed and comfortable bed ( quite firm bed but we like them that way !) Lovely shower and clean bathroom. The room was quiet and we heard very little noise around us. We had a couple of meals in the Melville Inn which were very nice. Breakfast seemed reasonable compared to equivalent elsewhere and we liked that we could just order what we wanted rather than a buffet style
Vintage Inn is a lovely addition to the property, staff extremely friendly & food was lovely. Hotel staff were friendly too, would definitely recommend.
Cleanliness ...well presented...friendly...location for hospital visit
Pleasant evening meal and good breakfast at the Inn next door.
Plenty of parking
Wish there was a fridge in room
You need to go to the restaurant to get a bucket of ice.
The breakfast is just ok. Dinner was nothing to rave about. Some of the staff is friendly . It is a little far but can't beat the price.
