Pleasant staff, if a little clueless - they left off the wine from our dinner bill and didn't seem too bothered when this was pointed out to them. Food was passable, without being inspired.

Room was a lovely very old room with all that you would expect. Nice fluffy towels and toiletries. Good location in the middle of town with a car park behind the hotel however this can get very busy but we did manage to get parking in the street because we had arrived later in the day. Booked for an evening meal at the inn which was very good.

The staff were all very welcoming.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the (triple) room - it was also very clean and modern, with comfortable beds.
It was only a short walk into town.
The cooked breakfast in the morning was first class as well!
We'd happily recommend the Clothiers Arms.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Beautiful quintessential country inn with lots of attention to detail. The rooms are well equipped and they even have fresh milk. Our room was unfortunately very dusty, Mr Sheen (other polishes are available) would have a field day in there.
Parking for motorcycles is in a private area right next to the accommodation, so it is safe.
The food is OK, quite pricey but you are where you are. The breakfast for 2 people is £30.
All in all, a nice place for an overnight stop.
Nice stay: it was an old building but nicely decorated according to modern standards.
Food in the Inn was really good. Enjoyed the meals we had there.
Central in the Cottswolds. Nice environment and friendly staff.
Lovely inn set in a quiet location - the furnishings are quirky as there are over 50 mice carved into the bar, stools and other areas by the craftsman Robert Thompson - the mouseman of Kilburn,Yorkshire.
There is also a fabulous farm shop on site. The food is excellent and the portions are large.
A beautiful Inn run by a lovely man. The area is sensational, the food is to die for and the bed was the comfiest I experienced in my whole stay in England. If you are after a night or two in the Cotswolds, The Green Dragon is the place to br.
The room had everything you need, lovely warm shower, cozy beds. The close proximity to the Pub and the Country store were fantastic. The staff were amazing, incredibly friendly and kind and were the highlight of our stay. The dinner we had in the Inn was delicious I highly recommend the herring and lamb!
