There was nothing that I didn't like. Gavin and his team were kind, helpful , and went out of their way to help at any time. The best gluten free onion rings I have tasted. Will definitely revisit. The hotel was close to all amenities we wanted to visit. Had a wonderful time away at The Gladstone.

The location is very central. We stayed in the building directly across the road. The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Staff were very professional, friendly and approachable. Food had a good selection of items both for dinner and breakfast. Room comfortable and an excellent beverage tray which was restocked daily.
Wonderful views of the Castle and ever changing estuary from an executive room. Lovely sunsets. All staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts cooked to order. Enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant on two nights. Pleasant coastal walks from the hotel. Convenient location for Snowdonia, Conwy valley and the coast. Conwy town, castle and quayside nearby. Spa/pool nice to relax after a day out walking.
Super location in the town centre with parking. Good selection of food and drink. Dog friendly. Wonderful friendly team working there. Good sized room. Espresso machine in room is always a winner too!
We liked the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. The view from our room was stunning - we looked out over the sea to Anglesey. The dinner was very good and well presented. A wide choice of options was available at breakfast.
The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is very good for sight seeing - very close to Conwy castle and its famous suspension bridge. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pizza restaurant which the hotel is running on the ground floor was excellent and we even bought a takeaway the next day to eat dinner on the train home.
