The staff were very friendly and helpful, I arrived late after the Spine Race and there were no issues. The single room was spotless and the rainfall shower superb. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty. The staff had booked me a taxi for my ongoing journey. Couldn’t have been happier.

The room was fantastic, super clean and really warm even though it was 0 degrees outside.
We had an evening meal, starter, main & desert all of which were fantastic.
Our stay was for a trip to Lindisfarne which is about 20 minutes away.
Also, the full English breakfast was perfect!
Its a really nice B&B and I would recommend a stay here!

Bedrooms up away from pub so nice and quiet - rooms have everything you need. Bathroom was small but clean, shower was nice and hot and powerful. Breakfast needee to be pre ordered the night before but was very nice.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Had dinner the bar. I chose the hot stone sirloin steak. Best steak I've eaten in a long time. Great value for money.
Breakfast the following morning was good & also cooked well.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious and my husband’s dietary requirements of gluten free were met without any problems.
The hotel was not expensive and was in a decent position in Coldstream. The room was basic but reasonably comfortable. Some of the bathroom fittings could have done with being replaced/upgraded. Don't leave the window open at night! The traffic outside is very noisy - we closed the window on our second night and it was fine! The owner and his wife were lovely and a) made us feel very welcome; and b) prepared good food - both breakfast and dinner.
Lovely little pub in the middle of town. Comfortable room and good freshly cooked breakfast. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. Went into bar and were warmly welcomed. Great little base for sightseeing. Free parking.
