The quaintness of the property and comfortability of the room. Very pleasant. The room had everything we needed from a fridge and soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

A great little hotel in Coalville, ideal for my work. They have a bar downstairs and there's a chippy across the road. The room was immaculate with all of the essentials. The rooms are not as large as Travelodge or Premier Inn but a room is a room, and at least they provide a wardrobe rather than a hanging space. The en-suite far exceeded anything you would get with Travelodge or Premier Inn. It was spotless with a large shower, ample towels and spare tolet rolls.

Excellent location , certainly for where my local work site is located ... two minutes away !, A "quirky" accommodation setup. There's a selection of holiday style 'chalets' and rooms in an accommodation block. I've only experienced the chalets and they really are great! Breakfast and evening meals are served in the inn, and are more than satisfying. Theres a massive selection of evening meals!

Room was good and the breakfast was good. Our evening meal, however took over 1 hour to serve. They said there was a party going on so it was delayed. So we ended up going elsewhere for dinner.

I had a really well cooked breakfast very hot and freshly served by pleasant staff. The bed was as comfortable if not better than a Prem Inn. It is nice to stay in a private non chain hotel where the staff actually care.

I believe that the bed was the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have ever slept in. Better than Premier Inn who even advertise because of the comfort of their beds.
