Good value, nice pub with great views. Staff were all happy friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Food was way above what I was expecting and of a very high standard. Breakfast was nice and lots of hot fresh coffee.

Good breakfast in a nice atmosphere, good selection of food, comfortable chairs. Room was nice, but most of the furniture was white painted French Provincial and looked like it came out of a charity shop.

The staff working here are fantastic, clearly very good at what they do. Also the open fire is a lovely addition!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Lovely space, modern and clean. Big spacious bedroom, and bathroom. Dinning table with seats set back from the ‘living room’. Two very comfy sofas in living room and easy to watch a movie from.
Kitchen had everything you could need.
Lovely outdoor space. Perfect parking.
This is the only hotel I've ever been to where all the TV channels are a good reception and in the correct order . Well done . The bedroom was a good size . The shower was a good size. The bed was comfy . The heating worked . The fan worked . Could please yourself whether you could be warm or cold . Unlike the premier inn where the heating never seems to work .
The service from the staff was exceptional... nothing too much trouble. An good example was at breakfast time, an elderly couple of ladies had made their way to the conservatory dinner, they were shown a table and because one of them had mobility issues, the young waitress (off her own back) asked if she could take their order, rather than them go back to the bar area, which would be the norm.
The Pebley Inn was conveniently located for travel to Sheffield and Chesterfield.
The room was spacious and clean.
Food was great!
Staff were super friendly!
The restaurants staff which was trying it’s very best to serve all the customers at breakfast and dinner (even though they were clearly struggling to do this)
Everything was just great, the staff made us feel welcome, everybody was polite. The food was good dinner and breakfast. The room was really lovely and we had a really great nights sleep. We would certainly go again and would recommend it.
We had just an overnight in a executive double with a supersize and very comfy bed. We also double doors to our own outside patio area which was good as it was a warm night. Dinner in the evening was also very good with generous portions too !
The hotel is quite quirky and looks to have been a row of old cottages converted into a cosy hotel and restaurant.
The staff were lovely, very kind to us at breakfast accommodating our requests. The food was nice, we came down for dinner when we arrived, and it was a good meal.
