Good breakfast in a nice atmosphere, good selection of food, comfortable chairs. Room was nice, but most of the furniture was white painted French Provincial and looked like it came out of a charity shop.

Lovely space, modern and clean. Big spacious bedroom, and bathroom. Dinning table with seats set back from the ‘living room’. Two very comfy sofas in living room and easy to watch a movie from. Kitchen had everything you could need. Lovely outdoor space. Perfect parking.

This is the only hotel I've ever been to where all the TV channels are a good reception and in the correct order . Well done . The bedroom was a good size . The shower was a good size. The bed was comfy . The heating worked . The fan worked . Could please yourself whether you could be warm or cold . Unlike the premier inn where the heating never seems to work .

The service from the staff was exceptional... nothing too much trouble. An good example was at breakfast time, an elderly couple of ladies had made their way to the conservatory dinner, they were shown a table and because one of them had mobility issues, the young waitress (off her own back) asked if she could take their order, rather than them go back to the bar area, which would be the norm.

The restaurants staff which was trying it’s very best to serve all the customers at breakfast and dinner (even though they were clearly struggling to do this)

We had just an overnight in a executive double with a supersize and very comfy bed. We also double doors to our own outside patio area which was good as it was a warm night. Dinner in the evening was also very good with generous portions too ! The hotel is quite quirky and looks to have been a row of old cottages converted into a cosy hotel and restaurant.
