The outside of the inn with the hanging baskets The location ( near museum, castle and tourist information). Enjoyed breakfast. The way the room was decorated. The coffee machine and the variety of teas plus Welsh bara brith and Welsh cakes. Friendly staff.

The friendliness of all the staff. They worked hard to make the stay pleasurable. The pizza for dinner was good, but the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable.

We were checked in by Owen and then served by him again at dinner. As an ex-licencee myself, I know what great customer service looks like, and Owen has loads of it. This was our second stay at the 2 Rivers, and the service was much improved from our first visit. Owen is a credit to the company, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he was faultless and attentive on both days of our stay.
