Breakfast and dinner meals were great. Also a good selection of beer. There was a lovely beer garden as well.

The location of the Inn and the friendly staff. So kind of Rob for helping us with phone calls and letting my relatives use his phone to contact me. I had Cell phone issues.
The Inn had a local feel to it and provided walkable and enjoyable outings. Especially the Memorial Gardens across the street. The breakfasts were large and we enjoyed the traditional English fry up! There are also some nice restaurants near by within walking distance.
The courtyard is cute and it was nice to sit out there for a bit when the weather was good.

The veggie full breakfast was superb and generous tea, coffee and biscuits are provided in the room. Outdoor seating at the pub overlooks the village green. Overall, the location is peaceful and a great experience within the countryside.

Location was very good...convenient walking distance to sights, and close to parking. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
We booked 2 rooms...1 was in back next to beer garden. That room was recently updated and well-appointed. Nicely decorated. Adequate space and decent sized bathrooms.

Friendly staff. Room and bathroom were big. Loved the lively pub. They offered breakfast but we didn't eat there due to scheduling conflict.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The breakfast was really good, with fantastic bacon in the full English. Overall it was comfortable, the shower was nice and powerful and the mini fridge, hair drier and TV all worked fine. Although we didn't have dinner here on this occasion we have done in the past and the food was excellent.
Location was perfect for what we wanted to do, very cosy and clean room situated behind the Inn, bar food and breakfast excellent, staff were great and very friendly.
The breakfast was excellent. We didn't eat dinner. Best described as a nice English pub in style. The room we stayed in was in a block away from the main Hotel. Might be difficult in the rain, but also meant the rooms were quiet. We booked here because we were meeting friends close by, but it is very handy for London, Heathrow and the M25. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pub has a large off street car park.
The dinner and lunch we had were very good. The breakfasts were indifferent. First morning the two poached eggs on toast were excellent. The second morning, the full English was not so good.
The staff were fantastic! We had dinner in the bar and felt very well looked after, they really made the experience.
