Breakfast and dinner were very good , excellent quality food and well cooked.
The central location was great , old coaching inn so expected the wonky floors full of character . Rooms were very clean , bathroom shower was excellent . Breakfast was delicious , food overall was excellent , very busy pub restaurant in the evening . Loved the wood fire and general friendly ambience.
Lovely location, very dog friendly, more dogs than people on some days, but all well behaved. The room was fantastic. Lovely views from a large picture window, bed very comfortable, large bathroom with bath and shower, . Restaurant had a small choice but enjoyed what we had, and sunday dinner was nice also. We were lucky with the weather, so we were able to enjoy drinks in the sun on the terrace. I am very pleased with our stay, and we will definitely book again.
