I had an early appointment at the passport office so location was important for me, a few minutes walk away the staff were very friendly.
The hotel was generally quiet and the bed I had was extremely comfortable best nights sleep in months tbh

It was very good. Everything was up to the mark. There were many cafes and eating places nearby from where I could enjoy my breakfast and dinner properly. The kitchen was also very good and it had many items.

I’m more than pleased. Although it has been a hotel for a very long time it still retains the ability to make the guest feel special.
I understand that a big refurbishment is beginning. This might be a little overdue, but Didn’t spoil my enjoyment of the stay.
