Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Setting by the river. Very good breakfast and dinner.. Room very comfortable and equipped with everything you were likely to need. Provided fresh milk in a little flask for drinks in your room.
Ideal location when cycling the Way of Roses. Great Beer Garden next to the river. The room was cosy and in keeping with the building. Both dinner and breakfast was very good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Dinner was okay, food could have been better presented
instead of asking eggs 4 different ways, but a lovely breakfast all the same.
Staff in morning were lovely and Manager was terrific and helpful. Staff in evening didn't really want to be there I felt
We had a lot of suitcases and too many stairs for us , only hassle though
A very traditional historic inn overlooking the river. We stayed in one of the cottages linked to the inn. Fantastic value for money with everything we needed. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so didn’t get chance to use all the facilities available. Lovely dining areas in the inn - food was excellent as were all the staff.
