Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large as was the shower. The surroundings were beautiful although a bit of the beaten track. The restaurant was fine and our dinner on Friday night was nice. The bar /restaurant staff were very friendly but maybe more staff would be better.
The pub is a beautiful old building that had been updated sympathetically. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food was really good , we had three amazing dinners. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a really quiet and peaceful location with only fields around it.
Lovely welcoming pub with an excellent restaurant. the food at dinner was exceptional. comfortable clean room with good shower. good wifi and plenty of parking space. would definitely recommend.
on arrival the white lion looked charming and we’re greeted warmly by the very competent staff. the bedroom was spotless with a exceptional comfy bed. The Dinner in the restaurant was amazing , delicious and great value for money.
We liked everything about the hotel, excellent friendly staff, lovely comfortable room, great food for breakfast lunch and dinner. An overall very pleasant experience
