First time we have stayed in an Inn. It was OK, staff were friendly, room was adequate, location meant we could get to and from the property easily. Lots of restaurants close by. So Ok for a one night stay.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of hot courses (some very original) and plenty of variety in what was offered in the way of cereals and juices. Warm and comfortable surroundings although the stone floors and wooden furniture may not be to everyone's delight. Large car park at the rear. Nice view of the church and green from the bedroom window.

This was our 2nd visit in under a year and we loved everything from the old pub feel, the wonderful comfortable room and the fantastic food. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Staff were superb . Bar seating arrangements good maintaining a good balance between being an inn and a restaurant. The renovation work was excellent retaining the character of the building.
Stayed here with my wife before Christmas for a night and it was lovely. Great, quiet location, with plenty of parking. The pub staff were very welcoming and we couldn’t have been happier with our room. Great size, comfy bed, lovely en-suite with roll top bath. We didn’t have the opportunity to have dinner unfortunately but breakfast was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here!
Lovely pub very ambient. Would like to see the fire lit as you walk in. Nothing bleaker than an empty hearth on a cold wet day. Really enjoyed our dinner, but it was just huge! A bit too much for us,but in saying that 100% times better than some of the minuscule meals we have been served ,while dining out recently. Our room was nice, and a lovely bathroom, but it would be nice to have had some side lamps for a more cosy feel.
Homely, cosy, excellent food (except last breakfast - see below). Staff friendly and very professional. Bed excellent and room lovely. Complementary bottle of 🍾 was a nice touch on New Years Eve.
Great location for our needs, near to all the places you may want to visit. Meals in the restaurant were exceptional, innovative and expertly executed. Top marks to the chef. Good choice for breakfast and an excellent full English.
The food and drink was really good at both at breakfast and dinner. Bedroom was beautiful - lovely interior and bed was super comfortable! We had a few naps in the day as we loved it so much! Already recommending this place to friends and family!
beautiful inn rooms attached to an amazing pub, a short drive away from a variety of interesting, beautiful and remote Norfolk visiting spots. the staff were also fabulous.
