We were aware that we had stairs, not how many, BUT the receptionist was more that helpful and relocated us a floor down. Our dinner in the Grill was excellent with a varied choice. We felt the breakfast was not up to the standard that we are used to. There was no yogurt or fresh fruit, although we did not participate in the full breakfast it looked more that adequate
