Room comfortable, clean and bright with everything with needed plus extra nice touches. Had a really good night's sleep. We opted for stay for breakfast and we are so glad we did. Great choice and quality. the whole place was spotless and the staff made us feel very welcome. We had already eaten before we arrived and regret not waiting to have dinner at the hotel as the choice and prices were good.

The breakfast was excellent. The house was comfortable and very quiet and the garden was a peaceful haven after a long drive on busy roads. The hosts were friendly, kinnd and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and it was just what we needed before setting off on a long walk.

So glad we found this place. Our hosts Samantha and William were warm and welcoming, as we're all the locals we met. We had a lovely family room as I was travelling with my 2 sisters, which was warm, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels were great quality too. Plenty of parking at the Inn; food was plentiful, home-cooked and tasty, breakfast was fabulous. We would definitely book here again for visiting this area as it's also a great location for a base to explore.

I stayed with a friend for 1 night to go hiking near Castleton/Hope. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, a shame it wasn't weather to sit outside. Good hot shower and it was very clean (definitely a must for me). Staff was incredibly fiendly. We had dinner and breakfast, really good food. The lovely village is small, but has a small supermarket to buy supplies for the hike.

We felt so welcomed here and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was beautiful and very clean. It was so cosy and warm which was lovely to arrive at on a cold evening. The food for dinner and breakfast were fantastic and we would not hesitate to return.
