The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good, that being both the food and wine and the service was good. The rooms were well appointed apart from a couple of minor things.

Couldn't fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful (particular shout out to Rachel in the restaurant who went above and beyond to make our stay great). Lovely room which was spotless and beautifully decorated with nice touches (high end toiletry products and extras, decent coffee (and machine) so no nasty sachets, lovely water bottle and glasses), etc. Superb breakfast, and buffet option good value with limitless tea/coffee, juices, access to cereals, fruits, pastries, etc on top of menu choices. All high end/homemade. Superb Sunday roast and despite being busy, we were not rushed to move on (friends had joined us) and we had the table for as long as we wanted so really enjoyed a long and leisurely afternoon with great food and service. The hotel itself is in a central location, right on the river so nice walks with our dogs. It's beautifully presented throughout and I'd definitely recommend and visit again. The bar area does get busy but that's testament to how good the hotel/staff are but plenty of outside seating for when the weather is nicer.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The room and bed were extremely comfortable, the bathroom luxurious. I didn't have dinner but if the breakfast was anything to go by, it's probably excellent because the breakfast couldn't have been better. It was cooked with flair whilst still delivering what you expect from a good breakfast. The staff are really wonderful and helpful, and it is they who really bring the colour and vivaciousness to the place.
The food was fabulous. The menu for dinner offered a good selection and breakfast was also good.
Comfortable bed and fabulous large shower room.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
I regularly travel to Corsham for work. This was my first stay at The Northey Arms having been recommended it by a colleague. The room was huge, extremely comfortable, and dinner was delicious with a variety of good vegetarian options. The staff are all very friendly and made me feel welcome. I’ll be back especially if the biscoff doughnuts are on the menu!
Rooms are smartly decorated with superb bed and bathrooms.
Restaurant was excellent.
Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Special thanks to Gracie for her wonderful service at dinner.
Stayed at the Northey Arms with my daughters after visiting Bath. Easy check-in and staff were very welcoming. Our rooms were absolutely beautiful and decorated to a really high standard. Beds were so comfy and bathroom facilities were great.
We booked in to the restaurant for dinner, food was lovely and staff really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also lovely with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend a stay here, so impressed that I am looking to re-book for myself and my husband in the new year.
Beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views. The apartment is cosy yet spacious, clean and modern with lovely touches from Katie the host. Enjoyed a walk in the local woods to a near by rustic pub and only a short drive into Bath. Highly recommend.
