The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and showed us to our room and let us know about the heating which was great, as it was a cold evening. The room and whole building was very warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I had the full English and my partner Eggs Benedict, and we both agreed it was the best breakfast we had had in a long time! The location is great, a short drive from Worcester town centre. We would stay again with no hesitation.

It was amazing. The building was from the 1400s, but nicely updated. The room was very large and very clean, with a separate sitting area and two TVs. There was also a fine restaurant on site. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

There was rail on the wall that was to hang clothes on

And if you had any the clothes would block the view to the TV

Quiet comfortable room (furnished to a very high modern standard) above a popular restaurant.. Particularly warm and attentive welcome from Jane, who immediately arranged a place to park before showing us to our room and explaining how everything works.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The place smelt of greasy food. I smelt it the minute I entered the place. I am physically disabled but had to leave the building via a homemade rickety fire escape .With heavy door onto a flat roof with suitcase and bags and a dog 🐕. Had a Disco until 12.30. Dinner was awful, I couldn't eat it . I don't know what the fish was but it wasn't cod or any recognisable fish. Wouldn't go back. The bed was OK. The room smelt too.
The room was immaculate, the decor was welcoming and the beds comfortable, we had a delicious dinner nicely served by a friendly waitress, the breakfast next day was locally sourced and well cooked and served hot !
The Chase Inn is a lovely location with very accommodating and kind staff. Breakfast was tremendous, and the rooms were clean, well looked after and as advertised.
Very nice place located in small village about 20 min drive from main car park from Malvern Hills, owner very friendly, pub very cozy with fireplace, we had our dinner here which was very good
