A wonderful pub and the best place to stay in the area. Utterly charming staff. The lady that runs the place gave my daughter a horse shoe for good luck (for her interviews at a school nearby). Really lovely place.

Comfy bed. Nice toiletries. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Good shower and nice big fluffy towels.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Breakfast was good as was dinner and the local beers and English Sparkling wine. Very pleasant staff. Our room was spacious and had a super large ensuite shower room.
Dinner was exceptional we had an excellent meal.
Breakfast was OK (avocado was inedible). Not a clear menu.
Quiet location and bed was excellent, spacious room
The cabin was lovely ! Staff were welcoming.
The cabin was very spacious and was fully equipped for us to cook a 3 course dinner for x6 people which i was super impressed with.
Everyone said the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was easy to heat up to a nice temperature, but also cool down.
Lovely location, and we went for a drive in to the local highstreet where there were lots of lovely places to eat.
Hadn’t been for twenty years! Still as amazing as ever! Absolutely wonderful stay. Pub itself is listed, very special building. So well run; Lisa amazing. Food incredible. Ambiance and details wonderful
for brec & dinner. Rooms amazing with a terrace & views. All super king beds, so comfy & peaceful. Large walk in shower & dressing gowns. Worth the price tag.
Beautiful gastro pub in a stunning location! Very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner was exceptional, and the breakfast included was very tasty. Couldn’t recommended highly enough.
The room itself was much larger than I'd anticipated and included a good size bathroom. The dinner was exceptional, great wine selection and breakfast was good too. However the main factor in us having such a great stay were the staff who were all friendly, helpful and very hospitable.
A spacious well-appointed room in a quiet location (away from the main pub building), with a view over open countryside. An excellent dinner, with friendly efficient service in a good atmosphere.
