Beautiful hotel and room. Perfect location in wonderful town. Staff generally helpful though when we needed to leave and catch a train, the woman at the desk was slow to inform us of the inadequacy of the taxi service (because the schools were using them).

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There are steps and no lifts, but the staff helped ups carry our bags up. Its clearly an older building but everything was clean and well maintained, our stay was very comfortable.

Great breakfast. Quality ingredients. Would have been perfect with black pudding.

Contactless check-in was very straightforward. Room was small, but I thought it was decent value and you get what you paid for. Good location in the heart of the village and only a short distance walk from the llanberis trail and right next to the bus stop.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Perfect location for me and my eight year old son, so close to snowdon for when we finished, less than a 10 minute drive and we were there. Easy to check inn and staff were very welcoming. Beds were comfy and we had a great nights sleep.
Fantastic breakfasts and dinners - portion sizes are for those with good appetites!
Rooms clean and cosy with the usual amenities.
Bed was comfortable.
Staff are first rate. The Inn was busy but they made time for us and were very helpful and polite.
It was a great location just on the edge of town. The room was really comfortable and the spa facilities excellent and well needed after a day on snowdon. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which catered well for vegans and we had dinner there twice. We were very impressed with the wine menu marking wines vegan.
Beautiful Welsh inn, located just outside of Betws-Y-Coed. We had a spacious twin room which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - the eggs were free range, best eggs and bacon I’ve ever eaten. The evening meal was also great with a fantastic choice of delicious food. We will definitely return
The Pont y Pair Inn has a lovely atmosphere, a sense of being on your own local pub.
Friendly and helpful .and very hard working staff, cosy rooms (with muddy boot tray and extra wooly blanket!)and excellently prepared food (the hotel is part of Punch Taverns I believe so I presume restricted to what they can put on the menu).
Certainly would recommend anybody to stay
Could not fault the service and general feel of Oakfield Guest House. Hosts were lovely. Very friendly. Jeanette went out of her way to give suggestions for walking trails and places of interest in the area. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and even thought we ordered a good deal for breakfast, still Jeanette wanted to feed us more. Nothing was too much trouble, including trying to find us la.st minute dinner reservation on a bank holiday weekend
