Room was excellent and really cosy, staff and dogs in the pub were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were both very appreciative of the extra lengths staff went to accommodate my partner who is lactose intolerant and vegan. Bathroom and bed were great, throughly pleasant stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good, that being both the food and wine and the service was good. The rooms were well appointed apart from a couple of minor things.

Location fantastic but weather conditions not conducive for exploring.
Bed the most comfortable I have ever slept in ( I mean that!)
Breakfast was substantial, but I’m not too keen on’ full English’ but I wasn’t given an option, only that or Vegan.

Couldn't fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful (particular shout out to Rachel in the restaurant who went above and beyond to make our stay great). Lovely room which was spotless and beautifully decorated with nice touches (high end toiletry products and extras, decent coffee (and machine) so no nasty sachets, lovely water bottle and glasses), etc. Superb breakfast, and buffet option good value with limitless tea/coffee, juices, access to cereals, fruits, pastries, etc on top of menu choices. All high end/homemade. Superb Sunday roast and despite being busy, we were not rushed to move on (friends had joined us) and we had the table for as long as we wanted so really enjoyed a long and leisurely afternoon with great food and service. The hotel itself is in a central location, right on the river so nice walks with our dogs. It's beautifully presented throughout and I'd definitely recommend and visit again. The bar area does get busy but that's testament to how good the hotel/staff are but plenty of outside seating for when the weather is nicer.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Everything perfect, 15 minutes walk from city centre, is worthy for the money and quality that you get. Beautifully decorated guest house with very welcoming staff. Clean to high standards.
Lovely facility. Tastefully decorated. Pleasant staff. Lots of extras like drinks, fruit, sweeties available 24/7. Food (Breakfast and dinner) was excellent.
Room was great value and air conditioning made it very comfortable.
Fabulous guest house in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bath. Lovely, comfortable room. Friendly staff, pretty breakfast room with excellent choices for breakfast.
the man on the front desk was friendly and the reception desk was always staffed
There is tea, coffee, kettle etc in the room
I didn't stay for breakfast or have dinner there so can't comment on that. (Breakfast was £12 per person)
Our innkeeper and host was so kind and friendly. He made us feel right at home! The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything! The rooms and downstairs pub was nice and felt newly renovated. Would definitely recommend!
We really liked this Pulteney Road Guest House - it reinforced feeling like you were staying in Bath. Room was spacious with very cute coffee and tea making area. Breakfast and Dinner were EXCELLENT! It's a hip hotel with countless fancy cocktails. Very nice ambience. Very helpful staff.
