The Queen Anne is a delightful pub with very friendly and helpful owners. The food is excellent - we had a Sunday roast - 8 vegetables plus Yorkshire pudding alongside delicious roast meat. The full English breakfast was also excellent. Great Hucklow is a quiet village but centrally located to lots of the attractions of the Peak District. It’s a great option.

Village location, tasteful room decor. All the staff were first class. The restaurant is the jewel in the crown, outstanding food!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Room and restaurant were immaculate. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they made her feel very special!
A small, lovely inn with comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. Loved the atmosphere there. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. I would stay there again.
Lovely old building which had been well decorated to a good standard. Excellent food both dinner and breakfast which we really enjoyed.
Situated in a small village and we were recommended to walk a few minutes up the hill for the sunset. Fabulous view across the countryside.
Friendly helpful staff.
Whole operation very professional.
A lovely pub and inn set in a stunning location. All the staff were incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. There were such nice little touches like the fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room, loaned wellies and brollies and locally sourced toiletries in the room. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Both meals were delicious. Would absolutely stay here again, we had no complains at all. 11 out of 10!
Lovely location in idyllic and quiet area allowing full relaxation. Also not far from Chatsworth House so visiting Chatsworth House was easy with short walk and short bus drive. I did not participate in dinner so cannot comment about that but their breakfast is delicious and a lot of fresh groceries comes from own garden and are very tasteful.
Great location for staying in the Derbyshire Dales, large comfortable room with en-suite, friendly staff and good choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is an exquisite hotel, located near Chatsworth.......you feel like nobility, after visiting Chatsworth and then staying here! It was a superb experience to do both. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff treat you like visiting royalty! We had dinner in the garden room and loved it.
