Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pleasant restaurant with lots of choices on the menu. Food was excellent!
We had all five rooms for our group and everyone had a great time!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Room was clean and high standard.
The Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was great.
Location is good, walking distance off the hadrian's wall path.
Packed lunch was high quality and generous.
Location of the villa is idyllic, surrounded by countryside views. The property is lovely and modern and beautifully presented along with excellent furnishings and facilities. The hot tub is particularly welcoming, especially after a long walk. There’s also the benefit of a very nice pub along the road; The Twice Brewed Inn, a handy stopover. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing break, and we will definitely return soon.
The room, the Pottery, was exceptional. It was all the extra little details. So comfortable. Warm but good able to open windows as required
Had lunch and dinner in pub. Food exceptional and beautifully served. Staff fantastic
The 'Inn' was much nicer inside than it looked like it would be from the outside. The rooms were modern and clean, and the restaurant was spacious and the food was very good for both evening meal and breakfast. The staff were efficient and friendly. There was a super-effective drying room, which was perfect after we were drenched with freezing rain during our day's walk.
Lovely pub perfect for a night whilst walking the Hadrian’s wall. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, dinner was good with a great range of options. A table was reserved for the whole evening for us as we were staying the night and a good breakfast included in the price (continental and cooked options available). Good toiletries provided in the bathroom and a great shower, which was really welcome after a long day of walking. Lovely pub really geared up for walkers.
We had excellent customer service, catering for all 15 of us with ease.
Good choice of food on the menu for dinner and fair pricing.
Breakfast had everything we required.
Even the weather was kind. !!
Characterful inn in lovely rural location. Room was quite small but comfortable. Very clean. Extremely good breakfast and excellent evening meal. Very pleasant staff.
Very nice Inn with different guests. Restaurant is good with food allergies. Cosy feeling with pub, fireplace and nice view outside. Good location for hiking hadrian wall!
