Loved the layout and style of the room, classic (not old fashioned) and cosy. Sheep in the field the bedroom looked out over and four poster bed were lovely bonuses. Food was tasty (would suggest booking a table in advance) and all staff were friendly. Location was great - easy to get to from the M1, and rooms across the car park from the pub meant a nice and peaceful nights sleep.

The room was as described and as I expected. Parking was really handy just outside the door. The breakfast was excellent and set me up fo the day.

Lovely guest house on the outskirts of the town and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre which is full of restaurants, bars and shops.
Plenty of room in our bedroom with a shower room with a large walk-in cubicle.
Plenty of choice for breakfast for everyone.
We came for one night for an event at the Bath Gardens. We did not expect the room to be ready when we arrived at 12 pm, but it was. The host was really friendly. The guest house was centrally located, mere minutes walk from the town centre. The beds were very comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities. The ensuite seemed as if it had been recently refurbished. The shower was nice. Breakfast was delicious with various cooked options available and a continental option.
Dinner was excellent , 3 courses. Breakfast on the desk was basic but sufficient for me.
The massage and facial was very good
I liked being able to walk in the grounds
Pretty good
But dinner was difficult.
I cannot eat seeds nuts or hard rice
There was nothing on the menu I could safely eat
I had the chicken and rice but it had wild rice through it.
They did ask me if I had allergies but theses are not allergies. I have diverticular disease and seeds etc can lodge in your gut cause infection etc
I should have asked for something simple but I didn’t know if the menu could be changed.
Lovely b&b, very comfortable stay, everything was immaculately clean. The owner was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed to set us up for the day. We would stay again if we were in the area.
Clean, comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, good dinner and friendly staff.
