Super find. Lovely traditional English pub at the foot of Kingly Vale and a short nip from Chichester Cathedral Town and beautiful Bosham Harbour. You can let yourself in and out, very unintrusive hosts but always on hand when needed. Breakfast was great and the pub restaurant menu, draught ales and open fire were welcome too.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
On a main road, only five minutes walk into town. The room was fine. There is noise from the road but that is really to be expected. The breakfast is very good with a good choice of foods. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner but there is a bar which was manned all afternoon and into the evening . Lovely garden. Great parking.
Stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Arundel. Its a nice hotel with the usual facilities of a travel inn type hotel, 24 hour check in is always useful when arriving late. Room was comfortable and spacious. It was quite close to Arundel with only a short drive to the town from the hotel. The hotel is also located on the same site as a Costa Coffee, McDonalds, Petrol Station etc so there are plenty of amenities if you need them.
Had nice dinner from the specials board. Quick friendly check in and good breakfast. Room nice. Good shower and facilities. No black mould which is a big turn off for us. Others please note.
A good place to start exploring the South Downs and to relax after being in the outdoors.
Friendly staff especially the ones around dinner time.
The (clean) rooms might not be everyone's cup of tea but they do have their charms. Was surprised that a bathtub fitted in the bathroom and still there was enough space in the bathroom.
My room had a big fan which I really appreciated.
Centre of town location near the castle with a large car park.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was spacious with comfortable chairs, large TV and all accessories one would expect.
Breakfast and dinner meals well prepared and cooked.
One small bonus; the toilet paper was good quality unlike most hotels these days!
What a gem great location, off street parking for two cars, staircase to the apartment large bedroom double bed very comfortable. Bathroom bath and shower. Large lounge kitchen, lounge area has tv with many channels wifi, very roomy dinning table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen. Utility room. Very clean. Light and bright lovely views from every window.
The owner has thought of everything gave clear helpful instructions regarding parking, key entry, and was prompt to reply to any query. Great location very quiet, close to Arundel centre
Beautiful property in a great location. Impressive cottages scattered around the estate with tasteful decor - loved the old rugs and carpets. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed using the spa. Dinner at the restaurant was worth it - well presented, attentive staff, portions just right.
Attractive roadside historic inn with pleasant reception staff, generous car parking. Room was quiet, spacious and attractive with garden view. Very comfortable bed. Modern decor and bathroom. Dinner in their restaurant was very nice.
