The staff were first class . I had a slight issue with my room which was immediately dealt with by Sue without hesitation or question, so rare these days . The food was good and the Manager absolutely charming. He obviously leads by example.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
This is a fabulous quintessential English inn situated in a tiny village at the end of a long winding road. The staff could not have given us a warmer welcome. Well equipped room. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. I would give it give it more than 10/10 if that was allowed.
Breakfast = delicious granola and full breakfast adjusted to requirements. Hosting by Matt at breakfast and with Sophie alongside during the evening… worked well.
Dinner = compliments to the chef, we couldn’t fault the menu, lovely meals.
Room = not the room we chose but staying above the pub was not a problem. Quiet, good furnishings and an extremely comfortable bed.
It’s a thatched inn with comfortable rooms in a quiet location. We slept so well without interruption, perhaps the thatched roof insulates the outside sound. The whole place has a pleasant feel to it. There’s an excellent choice of main meals on offer.
The room and facilities were quite spacious and comfortable and the inn was in a beautiful location. The staff were very pleasant.
The breakfast was well prepared and presented.
Lovely quiet thatched roof village Inn with a nice garden.
Quality room toiletries pretty bedroom. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, that we booked last minute and even though they had a large party booked they sneezed us in just before. We most certainly would stay there again Beautiful location nice friendly staff nothing seemed too much trouble.
