You don’t have to keep going through the pub to get to your room if you wanted to leave and go out . Room was immaculate and staff very friendly . Loved the fan in the room and Tv.

Have stayed here multiple times over the years and purposely choose The Bull Inn because of the staff, location, rooms and food. Plus there is optional parking - reserve in advance.

The room was huge, with a separate porch entrance and completely separate bathroom area. It was comfortable and clean. The most outstanding part of the stay was breakfast. It is one of the best English Breakfasts we've ever had. We didn't spend much time in the pub (other than breakfast) but it looked so cosy, well looked after, with a lot of pride in local produce. We stayed for a wedding at Henham Barns (just down the road) but we often visit Southwold which it is also ideally located for. It is dog friendly and child friendly so we will definitely be back with our little one and our dog for a trip to Southwold.

We loved the decor in the room and the breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was a really good size. Loved the shower!
Really lovely and cosy pub. The staff were great and really attentive.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We much enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The room was small but OK. We really wanted a bath but the shower was very good. We are planning to return and have chosen a different room.
Comfortable room with delightful sea view and space to sit at the window.
The food for breakfast and dinner was outstanding. The hotel has a peaceful relaxed atmosphere and staff were attentive and friendly.
Friendly welcome, shown to my room up a narrow steep staircase. Upstairs landing had a coffee machine, and a tray with spare biscuits, teas, and milks. Double bedroom, comfortable bed, and lovely sea view. Ensuite shower/bathroom with toiletries. Clean and nicely furnished. Refreshments supplied. Asked if wanted dinner which booked. Breakfast came with the room rate and was delicious.
we had dinner twice at the hotel's restaurant, the quality of the food was excellent and substantially better than other restaurants we had found nearby. The staff who served us were absolutely delightful, helpful, talkative and engaging. They were great ambassadors for their employers, and contributed to a very relaxed atmosphere.
We were made very welcome from the start, all of the staff are very friendly and accomodating. We had a comfortable stay, a nice dinner (with some Adnams beer of course) and a lovely breakfast.
Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice from different types of toast to main cooked food. Dinner was of the same high quality and choice of one, two or three courses from the menu. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable.
