I liked the room decoration, the leather ‘curtain’ and the whole wooden approach! Liked the bathroom and enjoyed the bathtub. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, breakfast was very good with many choices. Enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam bath and the fitness room. We also had our first dinner in the brasserie located inside the hotel, we loved it!! The hotel itself is beautiful!
The hotel is a favourite of ours and we have stayed here several times as we pass through Strasbourg. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, simple, but very well appointed and the whole hotel is quirkily decorated in an African style. We have eaten here in the past and all was great although because of a heavy rain storm we ended up in a lovely nearby restaurant for dinner that night. Can thoroughly recommend.
There was no breakfast at the facility; nor was any restaurant in the neighbourhood. We had to drive to town centre for both breakfast and dinner, although we could use the well furnished kitchen to cook ourselves.
Super comfy beds, gorgeous location and beautiful building , the staircase is amazing ! Brilliant dinner in the centre followed by breathtaking fireworks and then a good night of sleep in this lovely apartment provided a perfect break during a very long and tiring trip across Europe.
Very nice hotel in the center of Strasbourg. Staff was always very kind and helpful. We got list of recommended restaurants nearby and had great dinner in the town. Hotel is comfortable, breakfast excellent, people nice, we can recommend.
A very well appointed hotel offering a wide range of guest facilities from a Spa, gymnasium, laundry, bar, dinning conference facilities and more. The staff were extremely helpful providing guidance and assistance that made getting around the local area very easy. Highly recommend Citadines to any travellers/tourists visiting Strasbourg. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this facility and our time in the city.
The property is in an amazing location staff were a delight, breakfast was great as was dinner - all staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Beds were very comfortable.
Compact and easy to find in the center of Strasbourg.Convenient parking if you come with car. Had amazing food at the bar restaurant watching the euro football match and luckily seeing the french celebrate their winning !!!
Superb breakfast , ideal location and friendly personnel. Transportation very close to the hotel . Price wise
they could offer at least a 5%-8% discount for the immediate payment !
They could also add , a 2-3 times per week a dinner with free wine !
