Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The location with secure parking (extra charge)was outstanding, basic facilities but for outstanding value. And a period property although we benefit from refurbishing still full of character. We were on inner court rooms away from the road which was extremely quiet.
Over all, I had a nice stay in this hotel. the bed is quite comfy, the bathroom is small but clean. And my room was facing the inner courtyard so it was quite quiet. There is also a lift in the hotel. Many restaurants around the area and very convenient if you travel from Lyon station.
Friendly service, jacuzzi!!, good location in montmartre, easy access to subway, also nice that the appartment has street access. We cooked dinner for our entire group one night which was easy enough with all the facilities
Literally, in the shadows of the Eiffel Tower... the place had everything I needed to get around the amazing city during the Olympics.
From the communication prior to the trip, the reception and asking for tips and dinner suggestions, everything went amazingly smooth.
The view of the tower made the trip worth it.
Comfortable bed, photos of the apartment match the description very well. The kitchen has a coffee brewer which is nice. The studio is very centrally located on the edge of the tourist center surrounded by restaurants and bars. Nevertheless, it is quiet as the window opens to the inner courtyard. The damage deposit was paid by card in advance and a week later it has been refunded. I appreciated the quick responses from the hosts.
Our stay at the Hotel Sleeping Belle Gare de Lyon was exceptional. The room was nice and clean, the staff was always helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations for restaurants for dinner, shared tips on public transportation and were always ready to help. The breakfast is amazing and even had some gluten free sweet treats available. The location of the hotel is great, the neighborhood is nice and quiet even though it is close to a big train station. A lot of restaurants nearby, a small convenience store and a pharmacy.
The dinner was good and I enjoyed. The aircon was great and the shower was good. Once I found out how to use the shutters in the external window, it was great dark out.
The staff was very nice and helpful and the entire stay was fairly affordable! I was able to get a room during the Olympics and it was very affordable which was amazing. The food available was also great - both the breakfast and dinner! And even though there was a lot going on in the common space at night, you couldn't hear anything in the room.
