Apartment location is excellent. Everything you need is within walking distance: minimarkets, bakery, cheese and butcher shops, pharmacy, etc. The apartment has everything you need: a full set of dishes and appliances in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in bedrooms. A clean beach with sand near apartment. The apartment has a sea view. A large balcony where we had breakfast and dinner with a beautiful view of the mountains and palm trees. Quick check-in and check-out.
The apartment is big and very comfortable. It's located in the center of the city 100m from the beach and the Croisette promenade.
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking (microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle etc.)
2 bedrooms are located with the look on the inner yard so they are not directly exposed to the street. Beds were big and comfortable as well.
Bathrooms were also spacious and fully functional.
Our entire stay was smooth and very nice from the very beginning! We were in dialogue with Evelyne before arriving, and it was seamless! The room was nice, clean and fresh. AC working perfectly, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and fridge was nice. Cute little terrace and silent. It was amazing and we felt like we were at a hotel❤️ The location was amazing and the BEST spot in Cannes. Could not be better.
villa location is great for the beach - max 5 mins walk. About 30 mins walk into centre of Cannes.
