the environment was lovely, the service was also excellent, we are unexpected as the air con was on before our arrival, it is really great. knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff for every information and loving service during dinner by May.
Excellent location and real Finnish cabin experience. There are hotels at Saariselkä but if you want authenticy then this is your choise. Manager was nice to pop up briefly after check in to see if we had everything. Cabin has great fireplace & sauna which was little bit thight thought. Good beds and kitchen equipment.
The location was very quiet and the cabin itself is very nice with all the required amenities provided. Henry the host was very welcoming and friendly. We did a fire in the outdoor open hut and grilled some sausage and marshmallows, a great Finnish experience!
Really sorry for the rating, because everything was more than perfect except for the most important thing.

- Staff was amazing, they give you a ride whenever you want, i.e. to go skiing, have dinner, or do husky safari, play bowling, or do grocery shopping.
- A good breakfast comes to your room at 9AM everyday.
Mika was a very friendly host, the cabin is very cute and clean. The view is beautiful, the cabin is conveniently located with ski resort and grocery store nearby. Mika was always close by, ready to help. The dinner in the beautiful Kota was very pleasant, we were the only ones there. Mika is a very friendly talkative host and a good cook.
The Breakfast and dinner spread were outstanding! The hall where the food is laid is very nice with lots of sofas around the fireplace, books, games etc. The Aurora cabins are fantastic! Private Sauna and bathroom were lovely. The space was large, beds were comfortable , heating was good and there was a thermostat. Excellent coffee!
We loved the snow covered property and walking around. Its very beautiful! Breakfast spread was fantastic , special mention for the coffee! Dinner options can be better, but loved the vegetarian gravy and rice option.
