Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Excellent location in the old town within easy walking distance of the principal sites. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. A converted monastery, which has been wonderfully converted and decorated. Good size comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. A good restaurant for dinner.

Fabulous location right next to the cathedral! The hotel is in a characterful old building. The staff were helpful & we benefited from an early check-in. Our ground floor room was very quiet & comfortable, although small. We used the shared kitchen to make dinner, which was great on a long trip. The hotel offers simple accommodation that is terrific value-for-money.
There were no bottom bunks available but the hospitalo said she had a semi private room with four beds for 5€ more. It also came with a semi private kitchen, shower & WC. We took two beds and nobody else took the other two so it was totally private. It was wet and rainy during our stay. She, I wish I remembered her name, washed & dried our cloths for free. We got a massage in a separate room on the property for a very reasonably price and had a nice communal dinner & breakfast with many other pilgrims.
There were only 2 other ladies sharing the room and bathroom. It was quiet and clean. They offer dinner and breakfast but I didn’t take either. No curfew was nice because Leon has a lot to see.
We stayed at Pension Blanca B&B while on the Camino. Our room was basic, simple, and quite small. The communal kitchen and living room gave the pension an air of homeliness. Breakfast included good bread with butter and jam, fruits, yoghurt, and cereal. Indeed, a better than usual selection of breakfast items. The pension was about 5-10 minutes on foot from the cathedral. We liked the location.
