The place is perfect, the rooms get cleaned every morning and the common areas are spotless and in a very central location. Reuben and Daniel couldn’t be anymore accommodating or helpful whether it’s for advice on tours, booking ferry tickets or where to go for dinner! 100% would happily recommend this place to anyone.

The location was central for accessing restaurants and the port’s amenities. The inner courtyard was pleasant and relaxing. The rooms were spacious. They had a storage room. The Boston terrier was playful.

Location was close to the ferry port, yet very private and quiet. The pool and the jacuzzi were great, the inner courtyard decor and flower gardens all around were very tastefully arranged. It all gave us a great vacation feeling. The bar and towel service was amazing, breakfast was excellent.

Great staff who explained everything that you can do in Santa Cruz in great english. More in the local area of Ayora so its quiter and cheaper eats around, with being like 15 min walk to the port. The restaurant next to it even had a simple full course dinner for 5$ (but it wasnt marked on google maps)

Exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Big airy light room, large clean bathroom, very nice pool area. Good breakfast served by the pool. Most of all the super friendly owner who helped with so many things and suggestions on how to avoid tourist traps, from attractions to fantastic local non-overpriced dinner places. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights. View from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner is incredible - mantas, sea lions, pelicans all seen in front of us. Food itself was also very good. Really nice hotel, lovely design and layout. Highly recommend.

Staff was really friendly, breakfast was good (tea, coffee, fruits, bread, butter, jam, pancake or patacones or toasted bread), pool is nice. A bit outside the town, walking distance of ~20min, we enjoyed the walks after dinner, but can understand if someone prefers the center :)

The location is very central, even though the entrance is through a little passage off the main street, easy to miss it. Good thing was that all the rooms are on ground floor so good for trolley suitcases and at least our feminine room had a bathroom in the room which was also great (but seems to be a standard here). The shower was nice hot. The kitchen is also on the ground level with a big dinning table in the garden. The lady at reception was very helpful in organizing ferries and a shared taxi to the airport. Can also arrange any tours.
