Dinner in Portofino and Gourmet restaurants were amazing, the seafood was always fresh and good.
The rooms look exactly like the pictures.
The beach it is just amazing, recommended if you wish to relax.
Our room was comfortable and clean with a large fridge freezer. small sink and stove area. All staff were friendly and helpful. The small pool and loungers were a great bonus and again very clean and well maintained.

I can’t even brag enough about from the time we stepped out of the vehicle until they loaded us back up! I was overwhelmed with hospitality, smiles, people that love their job. The facilities were immaculate! It was my birthday and our Personal Concierge, Manual, went over and beyond my expectations for that day and they showered me with love and a romantic dinner on the beach, they decorated my room door, it was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced!
We enjoyed the breakfast both the variety of items and the omelette chefs. The pool entertainment was GREAT. The BBQ at dinner was very good . And the pizza chef near the water park was the best! Having boogie boards available at the beach for just a deposit was great. The boys love that and they thoroughly enjoyed all of the Watersports, including the banana boat and the parasailing, etc..
The food was great, a variety of options. Wait staff was so pleasant and met all my needs. The concierge was excellent provided me with event updates, reserved dinner for us when asked and checked in frequently to see if there was anything he could do for us. All the staff was exceptional I couldn’t be more pleased. And will be back again!
There was just one place to breakfast. That was very desappointing. Breakfast was ok could be better lunch and dinner to the same place and reservations were difficult to make place was to simple but location was perfect
