This hotel exceed my expectations.the check-in process was so easy. The staffs are friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Location is close to tourist attractions . i would recommend this property and certainly will stay there again.

The price was descent and it's easy to access if you're traveling through the area. The room had a mini-fridge and a deck that probably offers a cool view when it's not extremely foggy like it was when we were there.

The staff were amazingly accommodating and truly made us feel at home. There were issues with our reservation from booking.com and the staff took excellent care to rectify the situation even though it was not their fault.
I wish I had asked the name of the woman who helped us, but she was so exceptionally kind about the booking.com error. She spoiled us at dinner and remembered my sons name throughout the stay. She happily greeted him each time she saw us.
10/10 would stay again !
Very nice breakfast. I would recommend booking in the restaurant for dinner, though thankfully they could squeeze us in, which was very appreciated. Pleasant staff, and very kid friendly!
Great hotel cycled around the lake, and this was the best hotel we stayed in, but definitely not the most expensive, would recommend this hotel, every thing was perfect, from the room to dinner and breakfast, just perfect.
Large well appointed double room, excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. All staff were both polite and helpful. Secure parking for our motorcycles. Overall excellent value.
