Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Location, clean comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Cool and quiet with the window open at night after the biergarten closed No air conditioning but it was not needed the night we stayed.. Fabulous breakfast with constant attention to replenish. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the biergarten on site. Kind and excellent staff at breakfast and reception. Garage to keep bikes safely locked.
Pilgerhaus Bergen is a kind of annex to the Romantik Hotel Zum. Our room was in an ancient building, it was clean and spacious, but we spent all time on our short stop at the opposing Romantik Hotel Zum (few metres) where we had available a great pool, an excellent restaurant (amazing dinner!!!, great breakfast) and perfect staff. So 10 points are for the entire service complex. Thank you very much. :)
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The fellow who checked me in could not have been more accommodating. He helped me get checked in, get my bike put away and booked for dinner.
