We stayed in the deluxe upstairs apartment, it was very roomy and lovely, be aware there is no lift so there were a few shuttle runs with prams etc, but plenty of space, perfect location in Limburg, right in the centre, took food and drinks up to our room from the restaurant, was lovely

We only stayed one night but loved our stay here. The apartment was sparklingly clean and the setup of the huts, restaurant and cafe was great. Our dog was welcome too (10€/night).
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Easy to get in, easy to get out. We arrived late at evening, after having dinner in the city centre, and departed (very) early the next morning. It was a full-fledged apartment, moden and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We did not get to try anything other than the beds and the shower.
All good, just spent a night to break up the drive, cute little town to stop in Germany, and the hotel was perfect for the price and location. The location is also a restaurant so we could put our kid to bed and have dinner easily.
Very good location, steps from Alt Stadt, clean and comfortable room. We were lucky to find a place for our car at the parking. We had tasty dinner at their restaurant.
1) Location cannot be beat!! So close and convenient to everything.
2) Fresh, great smelling towels and linens.
3) Safe and secure once inside the house due to inner entrance door in addition to the main street entrance.
I loved the location. Handy to reach (and park) by car. Riverview. Simple, but completely adequate room, value for money, excellent breakfast (buffet), and the TWINS restaurant was an absolute, totally surprising, delight. We had a cozy, artistic, exclusive dinner. Absolutely over the moon.
The last time I stayed overnight in Limburg an der Lahn was december 1968! In Hotel ZUR ALTEN POST. (no longer exists). Now I found a new "Herberg".
The location was the absolute best. The apartment itself was very spacious and renovated beautifully. There is no airconditioning but there were two big fans available which we gladly used and we left the windows open. Which was actually pretty doable even though you’re on a busy square filled with bars and restaurants. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was great and the wines were fabulous (and so was the staff).
