I arrived at the hotel at 21:30 as i wanted to book a hotel with a restaurant and bar! I was greeted by a very rude member of staff who muttered at me in German! I am not fluent in German and we she took my payment, gave me the key and pointed up the stairs!
When i asked if i could book a simple meal and get a drink i was told the bar and restaurant was closed despite the fact it states that they are open until 22:00 hrs. The room was very basic also! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I didnt use it but it looks like it has a very nice bar/terrace and restaurant.
I went running in the morning and local area is beautiful by the lake, so great location.

This rustic, country hotel is just south of Isny im Allgäu, on the border of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. It offers an restaurant with exquisite wood carvings and a hand-painted ceiling.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Real high rise fabulous views from the restaurant on the 13th floor. Nice room quite large clean and comfy. Proper hotel parking for an inner city hotel, underground, perfect. Vending machine for snacks and a coffee machine. Nice.
Staff at both reception and in the restaurant were great. Room was comfortable. Food was good. Gardens to relax in in the evening after dinner were a real joy.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room as well as the facilities were very clean. Parking was along side building with plenty of space available. Excellent location. We had dinner at their restaurant and everything was excellent! The staff found out that my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and the next morning when we entered the breakfast room they had a table reserved for us. They had a fresh bouquet of flowers on our table with a heart box of chocolates.
The room was clean and large. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All items were fresh and there was a wide selection. The coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic.
The parking was ideal, and we felt safe where our car was parked. The locations was great and we enjoyed parking then walking to the old town for dinner and exploration.
The hotel staff was so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Very good place to stay in Kempten, spacious underground parking, very clean rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Not far from center. And when we arrived they offered us a free dinner. Everything was perfect. Thanks!
The room was really big, exceptionally clean, there’s the restraunante inside, so it’s convenient for dinner, very nice breakfast.
