The location was excellent, just a few steps from the Binnenalster and from one of the best Subway/bus stops. Very nice suite, very nicely furnished and spacious.

The best part about our stay was the staff. In particular Cecil. She was the bar tender. One night we came back to the hotel late, (had spent the evening in the Miniature museum) and had no dinner. Cecil managed to get something to eat for us despite the fact that the restaurant was closed and the bar almost closed. She saved our night! Thanks Cecil!
Everything was great. The restaurant serves great food. The dinner and room service were of real high quality. The staff is very nice and friendly. Although they did look overwhelmed when there are too many people at the lobby. The room was squeaky clean.
The room was clean and comfortable. Quite basic but had everything you needed. We had the continental breakfast which was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful with good recommendations of things to do. They even let us sit in the breakfast area in the evening to have our snacks for dinner. Thank you.
A very well maintained, budget hotel/pensione in an older building, a short walk from the train and bus stations, with plenty of shopping and eating options nearby. Rooms are serviced daily and breakfast can be ordered for 12E. I had a fairly new, firm mattress that provided really good back support.
It is such a wonderful experience to meet welcoming people at the beginning of your stay. Joanna from the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The rest of the front desk were very pleasant, helpful and beyond what I have expected.

Great location near highway to Puttgarden ferry, beautiful surroundings and the most amazing dinner ever! The roast beef dish was to die for! And the ribs!

At the beginning I received room which was very dirty inside. I went to the receptionist to change it. After long discussion they gave me other 4 bed room, where everything was clean.
