The host - Lukas, was an absolute delight! He was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all our needs. For instance, when we experienced an issue with noisy neighbours, Lukas not only addressed it promptly, but also went above and beyond by leaving us a thoughtful chocolate bar gift and an apology note. It’s rare to find such a caring and proactive host. Additionally, the property itself had a well-maintained and cared-for feel, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

very basic room. No hangers in the wardrobes, no possibility of standing for a shower, not very clean sofa or table, not TV and not a high table where to work. No curtains or blinds or anything to stop the sun... room was relatively large and neighborhood was pleasant, beds confortable and bathroom was decent (except shower)

On the other hand, the hotel is in a very nice location in a quiet town, birds sing almost constantly, and there's a lot of greenery and clean air around. Nearby there's a beautiful large lake and a farm with alpacas. And it's not far from Prague if you have a car. The hotel itself is comfortable and provides guests with the necessary minimum. Wi-Fi works, but slowly, however, it is possible to connect to 2 Wi-Fi that this hotel offers, then it'll work somehow. There's a parking lot, though it seems to be without video surveillance, but since the town is small, there are unlikely to be problems. I didn't try the breakfast, but it's available for an additional fee. But the room already has an electric kettle and tea with sugar.
