Nice and calm place near Ceske Budejovice. One can check in from 2 pm and use the swimming pool, which was a lifesaver on a hot summer day. After that the cold local beer and the hearty dinner was perfect. The room was simple, but there was enough place for our stuff. The rooms in the attic can turn hot, but we could use the air condition.The bathroom was relatively big and clean. The breakfast was perfect too.
The communication with the owner's son was really helpful. We got information on how to get to the pension by public transport, it was very handy. Unfortunately, the owners themselves didn't speak English nor German, which led to some misunderstandings when arranging something for the check out.
The whole flat was very clean.
The staff was really friendly and always available.
Since there is also a restaurant it is very convenient to have dinner right below the room.
It is a good place especially for this price.
Location was exceptional, right in the center of the city on the main town square. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice long window of opportunity for eating, from 6.30 to 10am. Good restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner

We have chosen the pension for quick one night stay. It had everything we needed. Location near the city centre we great. Room was large, bathroom nice and cleaned.
Very close to the old town square and other major tourist attractions. There are two very nice restaurants, one directly on the ground floor of this building and the one adjacent to it.
Very clean room and comfortable bed.
The host of this pension is kind enough to allow me to leave my luggage.
My experience at Boutique Apartments Old Town was flawless—I'd easily rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. The location was superb, allowing easy access to the city's attractions, and the concept of key codes for entry was innovative and convenient.
The apartment itself was lovely, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Simple, cheap guest house hotel, with spacious rooms and large bed. The outdated decor is actually a plus for me, very retro!
