Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

The staff was exceptional. Andrea was helpful with everything we needed. The restaurant connected to the guest house was fantastic - we ate there for two dinners and loved it! I highly recommend Buddha Home!

The garden of the location is fabulous, this is a strong point, we’ve seen lots of birds, it is very relaxing. The house itself too, but a serious upgrade (at least the bathroom) is needed. The room was good, only a fan available, but that we knew. The owners are very nice and ready to help. For two nights it is an acceptable location. Also great breakfast and the dinner was also fine (preordered).

The lodge is in a beautiful part of the park with the lagoon on one side and the ocean on the other. The pool and seating / lounging area were very nice. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and the menu selection was good. The complimentary breakfast was also good with many options to choose from.

The location is stunning. We saw toucans, macaws, sloths, the incredible Montezuma Oropendola nests hanging in the trees, it’s was truly incredible. Willis the owner was a great host and the kitchen out on a great breakfast and dinner. I can’t speak highly enough of the grounds and how well kept it is. A true testament to them. Stay for 2 nights at a minimum, the town is great but the tranquility of Rankins is unmatched. Thank you

From the beginning to the end, Gerson, the main person that I was in contact with, was super helpful and friendly. I loved that there was a fully equipped kitchen and the location was the best, across the beautiful beach; and access to the river from the other side; also close to town and restaurants, Tortuguero Park, and more.

It was located at the end of town which made it quiet with a beach view. I like that we recieved hammocks to enjoy the shaded area in front to watch the wild waves of the Atlantic ocean (not swimmable). The beach is walkable. The host was friendly and informative. He recommended Soda de Leite for dinner. We went for lunch and it was delicious. Close to a market and had a kitchen to cook in. The air conditioning was fantastic.

1st of all the name and location on Booking .com map is wrong. When you get off boat turn right walk 100 meters and look for sign Tuanis Guest House on your right. If you see Roots tour office you have just passsed it. The accomodation is on the bank of the canal so a perfect view. Room is a good size, hot water and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull Purda Vida

An excellent two night stay. We booked the turtle tour and canoe tour, both of which were wonderful. For the turtle tour, our guide Alonso was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and answered all questions passionately. Watching the turtles was a magical experience that we will remember forever. The owner, Wilis, was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are rustic and very clean. Dinners and breakfasts are simple but tasty.
