We came for 4 days and stayed 10.
The house is fully furnished to have an excellent stay like being at home. There are 3 rooms and all of them have private toilet. You will share kitchen, living room and outdoor patio.
Marcos is the man who lives in front and takes care of the guests. He is a very nice guy who welcomes you and helps you with an smile.
There is free drinking water.
Cocoplum beach is 5 min away and you can walk and swim to Rocky cay.
Buses pass by on the main street and takes 10 min to city center for 4.500 pesos.
There are a couple of restaurants to have menú del día and dinner and a supermarket decent enough to cook at a home.
Cleaning is excellent.

Well located just out of town for our trip to ecofiwi for an early kayak trip. They offered free airport or centre pickup which was very nice, although not until too late for us. Secure and good value.

This place was absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. I could not recommend this place enough. We upgraded to the long suite which was definitely worth it, loads of space plus the outside jacuzzi was great. The food was immense, Jesus is an incredible chef and everything tasted great. We also had their romantic dinner out on the terrace, seeing sunset and was a lovely way to cap off our honeymoon. Thank you to Dorothy and Alex for all their help
Everything. The staff and the service were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed by Kelvin and Dorothy. The room was spotless, quiet, and peaceful. The chef Jesus prepared amazing breakfast and dinners serviced by Alex.
The location is quiet and perfect to explore the south of the island. The restaurants and beaches are reachable by scooter (we rented it through the hotel). Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel / guest house is right on the water with a beautiful view of the blue waters. It is ~15 minute walk from the main area of the town, which we found to be perfect and is a very easy walk back at night. If you want an area that is quiet, but very close to the main beach (and a 3-5 minute walk from a supermarket and a few restaurants) this is the perfect place. The beds were comfortable and the manager was very attentive.
Fabulous location on a great beach. Wonderful staff (special mention to Stephen. Good breakfast and dinners. WiFi worked well. Plenty of comfortable sun beds and beds in the bedroom.
The place is nice and quiet. The hosts are kind and respond to all questions very quick. The room is nice. The ac is a little bit hidden over the fridge and not directly over the bed which I did really like. It's easy to walk from the airport to the Posada and it has a kitchen in case you want to make breakfast or dinner.
What an amazing place. Great aircon, comfortable beds, breakfast delivered in room, stunning balcony, friendly staff, and free bike rental! We used the bikes everyday to ride into town for dinner, tours or swimming at beach- it only takes about 10mins. Or a 20min walk which is also nice.
The warmth amd attention of miss Jazmin to us. We arrived late and we were hungry, but a little bit late to get out and get food, so Miss Jazmin showed up with a plate of food, probably from her own dinner table. The place is about a kilometer from the airport and a kilometer from the best beach and a few hundred meters from the closest beach. We wemt walking to all places.
The location is just amazing. Beautiful beach where you can also enjoy your dinner directly next to the sea. The staff did everything in their power to help.
