The staff were very helpful and nice. Great views, quiet and calm. Very close from major tourist attractions like Panaca and Parque del Cafe. The room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the on demand dinner was delicious.
The service was great, they welcomed us very warmly and let us choose the room as they had availability. The food was really delicious, we had dinner and they offered different dishes and the breakfast was great and delicious.
The hotel has a good pool, jacuzzi and garden with animals and beautiful plants.
The shower has great water pressure and heated water, it was great to take a shower after a long day walking in Panaca.
Breakfast/dinner not good! The hotel is a long way from anywhere! Actually did not like hotel!
