This a very nice hotel, especially for couples and romantic weekends. Very friendly and helpful staff from the beginning to the end and great service in the room and very clean. Nothing at all to complain.

Great location in the southern area of Cali. The apartment was clean and confortable. The necessary kitchen tools dor a quick breakfast or dinner. The staff was friendly.
I went to Cali with my two children as tourists. The Parque del Perro Hotel is well located in a safe area, we went walking to the supermarket and to have dinner. From there you can enjoy an evening walk around the park and all the many restaurants around. The room at the hotel was clean and with enough space. I liked that there was a garden and a terrace to sit and enjoy the sun in case you don't want to go outside. Alejandra at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
This hotel was a nice surprise. It exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean rooms. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was very good and there were many choices. We left too early to enjoy the breakfast. Shuttle to airport was quick. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The staff was pleasant and very helpful! Luis was very nice and friendly, he even helped us to order dinner and scheduled a taxi to take us to the airport! We will definitely come back!
Great location and staff are very helpful and accommodating. Kitchen was basic but we were able to cook dinner each night we were there. Bed was firm but it was perfectly comfortable.

However, there is a kitchen with everything needed to cook your own breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Just bring your own food. There are a number of cafes for meals within walking distance.
Do not miss the breakfast daily. The food is excellent and the staff is attentive and friendly. The location was ideal for walking to dinner and drinks nightly. A short cab ride will get you anywhere you want to go in the north part of Cali. It's about 30 minutes to the airport so not far but not around the corner. The lobby level sitting area outdoors was perfect for a cocktail at night in the cool breeze. We felt safe, secure and welcome the entire stay.
