Room freely upgraded for our wedding anniversary celebration. The extremely spacious and comfortable room and the very good set Chinese dinner and the international buffet breakfast made the value of money for this half board stay very high. Staff members helpful and polite.
Had a wonderful stay at this award-winning designer boutique hotel hidden inside Nantou Ancient City. The 11-room interior was dripping with thoughtful architectural details. Every industrial design choice is a conversation between old and new. Every room consisted of an incredible book collection that will make you wish you had insomnia so you could stay up late reading. The beautiful plants on the balcony brought life to the concrete minimalism. The staff are tech-forward and incredibly accommodating. Found my new go-to hotel in Shenzhen.
Good location, high floor, cleanliness & very helpful staff. The hotel had no issues receiving my parcels before my arrival. Winnie from the front desk was a gem, - great customer service!

Helpful and proactive front desk staff, especially Winnie (ID 5113). Checked out, left behind my Apple Watch charger, only realised it at 8pm. Although Winnie was on day shift, she replied to my WeChat and took the trouble to check with her colleague, found my charger within minutes and had it promptly couriered out the next morning.

The Hyatt is Inna perfect location within the Luohu District.
On your doorstep you have dongmen street which has great street food, restaurants, bars etc. The MixC mall is also next door and the metro a minutes walk away.
